The Culinary School of Fort Worth has graduated many students that are very successful in a variety of culinary endeavors.

 

 

Chef Laura Bush:
 

Chef Laura Bush graduated from the Culinary Arts Program in 2007. Before entering the program, Chef Bush conducted a home-based business selling kitchen tools through in-home cooking shows. After graduating from The Culinary School of Fort Worth, Chef Bush launched a catering business called Simply Social, Simply Social Cooking Classes and website: www.cheflaurabush.com. Currently, Chef Bush offers cooking classes for ages 6 and up from her newly-refurbished home kitchen. Her specialty is grilling: both indoors and out.

 

Chef Tiffany Costanzo:
 

Chef Tiffany Costanzo graduated with honors from the Culinary Arts Program in 2008 and is currently completing the Pastry Arts Program. Chef Costanzo is the Pastry Chef at the Culinary School of Fort Worth’s Sunday Brunches and was on the winning salsa team for Zest Fest 2008. Her specialties include: baking and cake decorating as well as Italian cuisine, specifically homemade pasta.

 

Chef Jordan Ray:
 

Chef Jordan Ray graduated from the Culinary Arts Program in 2007 and is currently the Chef’s Assistant for Chef Pro III classes at the Culinary School of Fort Worth. Chef Ray is also the Sous Chef at the school’s Sunday Brunches and has worked at Fort Worth establishments including: Executive Chef at Pop’s Safari Cigars and Fine Wine, Sauté Cook at Michael’s Restaurant and Ancho Chile Bar and Sous Chef at The Vault Mediterranean. Currently, Chef Ray is a Personal Chef and the General Manager at Fuzzy’s Taco Shop in Arlington. His specialties include: saucier, seafood and meat fabrication.

 

Chef Nona Sivley:
 

Chef Nona Sivley graduated with honors from the Culinary Arts Program in 2008 and is currently the Chef’s Assistant for Chef Pro II and Pastry Pro I classes at the Culinary School of Fort Worth. Chef Sivley was also the Maître D' at the school’s Sunday Brunches and was on the winning salsa team for Zest Fest 2008. Currently, Chef Sivley works for Ultimate Cuisine Catering. Her specialties include: Southwestern cuisine, Italian cuisine and Southern cooking.

 
Chef Crystal Willars:
 

Chef Crystal Willars graduated with honors from the Culinary Arts Program in 2009 and is currently the Editor and Owner of Fort Worth Foodie Magazine and Website: www.fwfoodie.com/home/fort_worth_foodie/. Chef Willars was also on the winning salsa team for Zest Fest 2008. She is a volunteer for Tarrant Area Food Bank's Operation Frontline, teaching healthy cooking for teens at the Boys & Girls Club. Her specialties include Asian and Latin-American cuisines.
