Enrollment Process

 

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, be able to provide proof of at least a high school diploma or GED, and a desire to learn.

 

To apply, fill out an application.  A $100.00 non-refundable deposit reserves your place in any course.

 

Enrollment is limited and applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.  If a course is full, you can be placed on a waiting list and we will notify you if space becomes available before the program begins or within the first week of classes.

All students will need professional textbooks, a professional chef's knife kit with knife carrying case & wear a complete professional chef's uniform. Supply costs are subject to federal tax.

There is a tuition payment plan available if students wish to pay in four equal increments of $3507.11 due at the beginning of each subject. Tuition can also be broken down and paid monthly in 10 equal payments.
